Rinaldi Roofing is an absolutely top-notch company; from start to finish they surpassed my expectations. I am the property manager for the historic home on Benefit Street in Providence, Rhode Island where Rinaldi just finished replacing the roof and historic gutters. Out of three companies I acquired quotes from, they were the only company to meet me in person on-site, along with taking detailed photographs using a drone camera to make sure every aspect of the job was visible during the evaluation process. I received their quote in a timely manner, outlining different materials and options such as skylight replacement and custom chimney caps; during this process Nick Rinaldi kept in communication with myself, the homeowner and the historical zoning board to ensure requirements were met and all parties were satisfied(not an easy task). The historical gutters needed to be emulated and custom built with approved materials, Rinaldi handled this flawlessly as well as other challenges that came up such as structural rot. To top it all off, Rinaldi Roofing documented the entire process with detailed drone images, making it easy to follow and trust the process; myself and the homeowner could look at images of the rot before and after it was fixed, never mind the beautiful images of the finished work down to the lovely copper flashing. Once work started at the house, they worked consistently and were done within a week; the clean-up was immaculate, they even used a metal-detector to get every stray nail. We did a final walk-through of the property inside and out, every detail was considered. With all of the amazing work they do, they were NOT the most expensive quote that I received for this job. I will highly recommend them, companies like this are what every good company strives to be, but rarely achieves, Rinaldi has it all. 100%.

Nick and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on schedule, were very well organized and professional, and installed a perfect looking roof. All construction debris was completely removed after the installation, and the yard and deck areas were throughly cleaned. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone.

Matt and his crew were extremely responsive and had great communication! He always kept us informed throughout the process and we never felt like we were in the dark about anything. They were respectful, professional, timely, and did a fantastic job! Matt was here on day of install helping his crew and checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rinaldi Roofing. Nick Rinaldi identified wind damage to our roof, then served as the main point-of-contact with our insurance company. This coordination involved successfully concluding an appeal of the original insurance claim denial. Throughout the process, Nick kept us fully informed of his progress. Our insurance adjustor herself mentioned to me the good quality of Rinaldi Roofing services. The roof installation went without a hitch. Nick and his team are truly outstanding at what they do. Nick's professional and caring approach made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process of roof replacement and repair. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand, and he provided excellent and timely communication throughout the entire project from beginning to end. His crew was also thorough, professional, and meticulously neat as they left our home work site as if nothing had occured. An expensive and unplanned home project is never fun, but they guided us every step of the way and patiently explained all options as we made our investment choices.
